CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
For international orders outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in our shipping costs or product prices. Customs processing times vary by country and are outside our control. Refusal to pay customs fees will result in the package being returned to us, and you will not receive a refund for shipping costs. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an international order.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, a link to track your package, and an estimated delivery date.
You can track your order at any time by using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, logging into your Crack the Pack account, or contacting us at hello@crackthepack.com with your order number.
SECURE PACKAGING
SEALED PRODUCTS
Booster boxes, Elite Trainer Boxes, tins, and other sealed products are shipped in their original packaging with additional protective bubble wrap and rigid mailers or boxes.
HIGH-VALUE ITEMS
Extra care is taken with delicate or high-value items, including double-boxing and additional cushioning to prevent any damage during transit.
ALL ORDERS
Every order is packaged with premium protective materials to ensure your products arrive in the same condition they left our warehouse.
MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
LOST OR MISSING
1. Contact us at hello@crackthepack.com with your order number and tracking information
2. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue
3. If the package is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or full refund
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@crackthepack.com
2. Provide photographs of the damaged packaging and any damaged products
3. Do not discard the damaged packaging — it may be needed for carrier claims
4. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for damaged items
All orders are fully insured during transit, so you are protected if something goes wrong.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we strive to ensure your order arrives on time, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
Once your order is handed to the shipping carrier, it is their responsibility to deliver it safely and on time. If your order is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for the most up-to-date information.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. If you realise you provided an incorrect address after placing your order, contact us immediately at hello@crackthepack.com and we will do our best to update the address if your order has not yet been dispatched.
REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If you refuse delivery or do not claim your package, resulting in it being returned to us: you will not receive a refund for the original shipping costs, you will be responsible for return shipping costs charged by the carrier, and a refund for the product cost (minus shipping fees and any additional costs) will be issued once the package is returned to us and inspected.
ORDER MODIFICATIONS
If you need to modify your order (such as changing the shipping address or adding/removing items), please contact us immediately at hello@crackthepack.com. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot modify it.
MULTIPLE ORDERS
If you place multiple separate orders, each order will be shipped individually and will incur separate shipping charges. If you would like to combine orders to save on shipping costs, please contact us at hello@crackthepack.com before we dispatch your orders.
PO BOXES & MILITARY ADDRESSES
We can ship to PO Boxes and military addresses, but please note that delivery times may be longer than standard addresses. Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day) is not available for PO Box addresses.
