ORDERING
How do I place an order? +
Simply browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can checkout as a guest or create an account for faster future orders and to track your order history.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and buy now pay later options with Klarna and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely through Shopify's encrypted checkout system.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it? +
Orders are processed quickly to get your cards to you ASAP. If you need to modify or cancel, contact us immediately at hello@crackthepack.com with your order number. We'll do our best to help, but once an order ships, we cannot make changes.
Is my payment information secure? +
Absolutely. We use Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your complete card details on our servers — all payment processing is handled securely by Shopify Payments.

How long does shipping take? +
UK Standard (Royal Mail Signed): £4.99 (FREE on orders over £50) - 2-4 working days
UK Next Day (Special Delivery): £12.95 - Order before 2PM for next working day delivery
EU: £15.99 tracked - 5-14 working days
USA: £22.50 tracked - 5-14 working days
Worldwide: £28.30 tracked - 5-14 working days
All orders are fully tracked and require a signature. Orders placed before 2PM Monday-Friday are dispatched same day.

Do you ship internationally? +
Yes! We ship worldwide using trusted carriers. All international shipments are fully tracked and signed for. Delivery times typically range from 5-14 working days depending on destination. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
How can I track my order? +
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or in your Crack the Pack account under "Order History."
How are cards packaged for shipping? +
We take packaging seriously! All orders are packaged with premium bubble wrap and rigid mailers to protect your cards during transit. Sealed products are shipped in their original packaging. Single cards and loose items are protected with toploaders or card savers and additional bubble wrap to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
PRODUCTS & AUTHENTICITY
Are all your products authentic? +
100%. We source all products directly from official distributors and authorized retailers. Every item we sell is guaranteed authentic. We have zero tolerance for counterfeit products and verify all stock before listing.
Are booster boxes and sealed products factory sealed? +
Yes, all booster boxes, ETBs, tins, and sealed products are brand new with original factory seals intact. We never open, weigh, or tamper with sealed products. What you receive is exactly as it came from the manufacturer.
Can I request specific cards or chase cards? +
Unfortunately, no. Sealed products contain randomized packs, and we cannot guarantee specific cards or pull rates. This is determined by the manufacturer, not us. For specific cards, check our singles collection where we list individual cards for sale.
What brands do you carry? +
We specialize in Pokémon TCG and Topps sports cards (including Match Attax, Chrome, and more). We also carry select trading card accessories like binders, sleeves, toploaders, and storage solutions. Our inventory is constantly expanding!
When will out-of-stock items be restocked? +
Restock dates vary depending on distributor availability. For highly sought-after products, sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page, or follow us on social media for restock alerts and drop announcements.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy? +
You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible unopened, sealed products in original condition. Once a sealed product is opened, it cannot be returned. See our full Returns Policy for complete details.
Can I return opened packs or products I'm not happy with? +
No. Once factory seals are broken, products cannot be returned. This includes disappointment with card pulls — randomized contents are determined by the manufacturer. This policy protects all customers from potentially tampered products.
What if my item arrives damaged? +
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — and we'll cover return shipping for damaged items. We package carefully, but if something goes wrong in transit, we'll make it right.
How long do refunds take? +
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 working days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-5 days for the funds to appear in your account.
ACCOUNT & SUPPORT
Do I need an account to order? +
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, view order history, and get faster checkouts on future purchases. Plus, you'll be first to know about exclusive drops and restocks!
How do I reset my password? +
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
How can I contact customer support? +
Email us at hello@crackthepack.com and we'll respond within 24 hours (usually much faster!). For urgent issues during business hours, use the live chat in the bottom right corner of the site.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing? +
Yes! We offer wholesale accounts and bulk discounts for retailers and content creators. Email hello@crackthepack.com with details about your business and we'll send you our pricing tiers and requirements.
Do you have a loyalty or rewards program? +
Not yet, but it's coming soon! Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch our VIP rewards program where you'll earn points on every purchase, get early access to drops, and unlock exclusive perks.
