We are an independent retailer — not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by The Pokémon Company, Bandai, Wizards of the Coast, or Topps. All products are sourced from official licensed UK distributors.

Is Crack the Pack a legitimate business? +

Yes. Crack the Pack Ltd is a registered UK private limited company. You can verify our company details on the official Companies House website using company number 16937388. We have verified directors, a registered UK address, and an active company status.

How do I place an order? +

Browse our collections, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can checkout as a guest or create an account for faster future orders and order tracking.

What payment methods do you accept? +

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments with SSL encryption. We never store your card details.

Can I modify or cancel my order? +

Contact us as soon as possible at hello@crackthepack.com or call +44 7718 314886 with your order number. We dispatch orders quickly, so changes cannot be made once an order has been dispatched.

What currency are prices displayed in? +

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP £). International customers will be charged in GBP and their bank will convert to local currency at the prevailing exchange rate. Your bank may apply a foreign transaction fee.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

What are your shipping options and costs? +

UK Standard (Tracked): From £3.99 — FREE on orders over £50 — 2–4 working days

UK Next Day (Special Delivery): £12.95 — Order before 2pm for next working day

Europe (Tracked & Signed): From £15.99 — 5–14 working days

USA (Tracked & Signed): From £22.50 — 5–14 working days

Rest of World (Tracked & Signed): From £28.30 — 5–14 working days

Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are dispatched the same working day. All orders include tracking. See our full shipping policy for details.

Do you ship internationally? +

Yes, we ship worldwide. All international orders are fully tracked and require a signature. Delivery typically takes 5–14 working days. Important: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These are not included in our shipping prices.

How can I track my order? +

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can also track your order through your Crack the Pack account, or directly on the carrier's website.

How are products packaged? +

All orders are packed with reinforced cardboard and protective materials. Sealed products ship in their original packaging with additional protection. We use bubble wrap, rigid mailers, and cardboard inserts to ensure products arrive in perfect condition.

What if my order doesn't arrive? +

All orders are tracked and require a signature. If tracking shows delivery but you haven't received it, check with neighbours and your local delivery office. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at hello@crackthepack.com within 14 days and we will investigate with the carrier.

PRODUCTS & AUTHENTICITY

Are all your products authentic? +

Yes, 100%. Every product is factory sealed and sourced from official licensed UK distributors. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy — we do not sell, and have never sold, counterfeit, replica, resealed, or tampered products. Are sealed products factory sealed? +

Yes. All booster boxes, ETBs, tins, and sealed products are brand new with original factory seals intact. We never open, weigh, search, or tamper with sealed products. What you receive is exactly as it came from the manufacturer.

Where do you source your products? +

We source exclusively from official licensed UK distributors who have direct partnerships with manufacturers. We never source from third-party marketplaces, auction sites, or unknown sellers. This ensures a verified supply chain and guarantees authenticity.

What products do you sell? +

We specialise in factory-sealed trading card products including:

Pokémon TCG — Booster boxes, ETBs, collection boxes, blister packs, and single packs
One Piece TCG — Booster displays and starter decks
Topps Football Cards — Chrome hobby boxes, exhibition sets, and collections

Can I request specific cards? +

No. Sealed products contain randomised packs, and we cannot guarantee specific cards or pull rates — this is determined by the manufacturer. All sealed products are shipped exactly as received from the distributor without being opened or searched.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? +

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items for a full refund. Products must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition. Once a sealed product has been opened, it cannot be returned except for faulty or damaged items. See our full Returns & Refunds Policy.

Can I return opened products? +

No. Once factory seals are broken, products cannot be returned. This includes dissatisfaction with card pulls — randomised contents are determined by the manufacturer. This policy protects all customers from potentially tampered products and is standard across the trading card industry.

What if my item arrives damaged? +

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@crackthepack.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover the return postage for damaged or faulty items.

How long do refunds take? +

Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–5 working days for funds to appear in your account. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Who pays for return shipping? +

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. For damaged, faulty, or incorrectly sent items, we cover the return postage. All returns must be sent with tracking.

No, guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and view order history.
