Welcome to Crack the Pack! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Crack the Pack Ltd (Company Number: 16937388), a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", "our", or "Crack the Pack").

Crack the Pack operates this website and online store, providing a curated selection of trading card game products including Pokémon TCG, One Piece TCG, Topps football cards, and related collectibles (the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify.

2.1 PRODUCT INFORMATION

We are an independent trading card retailer sourcing products from officially licensed UK and European distributors. We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions, and pricing. However, actual colours and packaging may vary slightly due to screen settings, manufacturing variations, or regional differences.

2.2 PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders at our discretion. Trading card products are subject to manufacturer allocation and release schedules.

2.3 AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

3.1 ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email and payment has been successfully processed.

3.2 PRICING

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price charged will be the price displayed at the time of your order.

3.3 PAYMENT METHODS

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

3.4 ORDER CANCELLATION

Due to the nature of trading card products and rapid fulfilment, we may be unable to cancel orders once processing has begun. Please contact us immediately at hello@crackthepack.com if you need to request a cancellation.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4.1 SHIPPING

We ship to addresses within the United Kingdom and internationally where permitted. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

4.2 DELIVERY TIMES

All delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

4.3 RISK OF LOSS

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders.

4.4 INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in our prices and are collected by your local customs authority.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

5.1 CONSUMER RIGHTS

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by email at hello@crackthepack.com.

5.2 RETURN CONDITIONS

Products must be returned in their original, sealed, and unopened condition. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.

5.3 REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 working days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product. Your bank may require additional processing time.

5.4 FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.

6.3 PERMITTED USE
